Who we are

At MCW, we ride as much as we wrench. We want to get you on the road, better understand your bike, and have confidence to take the long way home.

As much as we want to help you maintain your bike, we also want to be your hub for bike work knowledge.

Ask about services we can teach you how to do.

About the Owner

My name is Brendan and I’ve been working on bikes since high school. I was the first intern at a local shop back in Saint Louis, Missouri and bought my first bike shortly after, a 1982 KZ750.

Almost 20 years later, after earning my degree in Mechanical Engineering and working professionally for 7 years, I decided to start Metric Cycle Works to take a shot at making my hobby and passion a business
